Project management includes all the stages after the initial conception of the building, ie the design, the implementation and execution as well as the final assessment.

  • Designing: it includes the original proposal’s building program, the on-site analysis, the preparation of program parameters and of the required building plans and other documents.
  • Implementation: sets the timetable for the project’s execution in relation to the existing funding and selects the most appropriate implementation system (supervision, appointing a general contractor, etc.) and project monitoring in close cooperation with the client.
  • Audit: Provides ongoing evaluation (technical and financial) and support throughout the project implementation period ensuring maximum success.

 

The project co-ordination and management services cover the coordination and management of medium and large-scale projects, the management of multiple single-projects that share a common goal and sub-projects.
